Gosias Studio has the right to change prices on the website at any time, however, the price of the order is valid as indicated on the order confirmation.
Offer is only valid while stocks last. Gosias Studio reserves the right for out-of-stock items.
Shipping and delivery:
We deliver primarily with PostNord. However, other delivery options may occur.
All shipping costs depend on the recipient’s address. This will be subsequently regulated according to current rates. Our system calculates weight and price automatically.
Return:
According to the Danish Purchase Act, you have 14 days to notify the seller (Gosias Studio) if you wish to return the item. Then you have 14 days to return the item. Please attach the order number or copy of the order, so I can handle your return order as quickly as possible.
The shipment of a return item is paid by the customer, as well as the customer is responsible for the item, until the item is returned to the seller.
Please note, that you can not return an item, which is custom made for you, as Gosias Studio will not be able to sell it to other customs.
Complaints:
According to the Danish Purchase Act, you have 2 years’ right of claim from the date of purchase. The warranty is 1 year. Either claim nor warranty can not be used in the event of improper use of the product, damage or general use/wear as you have inflicted on the product.
By complaint, please send a picture, as well as a description of the error. We exchange or repair defective items as far as possible, but we reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the purchase price of the items.
If approved, Gosias Studio covers the shipping costs when the item is returned.
